It's Women in Construction Week, time to honor pioneering women and their  companies. One of those is our [partner](https://www.michiganconstruction.com/partner-hub) in the construction workforce movement, [Walbridge](http://www.walbridge.com/), building Michigan and the world since 1916. To celebrate this week, Walbridge has featured the stories of how four different women found their way to a great career in construction.

How did they find their passion in constructing buildings that change skylines or engineering the next major manufacturing facility?

Click below to read how Walbridge celebrates the talented women who are keeping them on the cutting edge as they build a better Michigan.
